What are the things you do to keep yourself, others or our planet healthy?

  For me, being healthy is one of my concern . For a healthy lifestyle to us , we should have to handle ourselves in a right may make it balance physically, mentally and socially. For physical health I am having daily exercise , eating a balanced diet, proper hygiene  and take a sleep eight hours everyday . We are facing a lot of struggles but for me instead a problem is a problem I am facing it as a challenge to overcome. Meet a lot of a people everyday by having friends with them because we are free for all of that.
